Vegetables
- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet set over medium heat, add the olive oil and butter. Allow the butter to melt and the mixture to heat up until shimmering.
- Sauté the Veggies: Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet, cooking them for 5 to 6 minutes until they start to turn slightly golden and tender. Then add the sliced mushrooms and continue cooking for another 4 to 5 minutes until both vegetables are nicely browned and cooked through.
- Add Garlic & Seasonings: Stir in the minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook everything together for an additional 2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and the spices blend into the vegetables.
- Finish & Serve: Remove the skillet from heat. Drizzle the lemon juice over the vegetables, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese if using, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately while hot for best flavor and texture.
